Flite device

Description

A device driver built around the CMU Flite (festival-lite) speech synthesis engine. Works similar to narrator.device but instead of translating to phonemes first with translator.library you output the text directly to flite.device. Also it has only one voice at the moment since I haven't been able to compile any others.
